Compassionate Pet cremation

R.I.Pets Pledge

1

To provide a personal, hands-on approach with genuine care for our customers who have lost their pets.

2

To take responsibility to provide a compassionate, ethical and dignified service for the final arrangement of your pets.

3

To collect your pet from your home or the veterinary practice promptly by dedicated and caring staff.

4

To operate our service so that our service ethics and standards will not be compromised.

5

To offer, as far as possible, any support we can to help overcome the trauma of losing your pet.

6

To provide your beloved pets with the same compassion, love and respect you shared with them throughout their lifetime.

7

To be of comfort to pet owners. We understand, not because it is our job… but, because we are pet owners too and we care.

To live in the hearts of those we love is not to die.

On a personal note

Tinka and Benji fill our home with immeasurable happiness, love and affection. Both came to us from animal rescue centres and their strong bond is exceptionally special. They are just a delight and make our home complete.

Tinka is full of cheeky mischief, and on a daily basis the two of them will scamper round the garden playing and chasing each other for hours on end. They greet any dog walkers passing our driveway with excitement and cheerful barking.

We too have to face the fact that one dreaded day, when the time comes, we will again be as unprepared and unaccepting as any other devoted pet owner to say goodbye to either of them. Over the years, the deep devastation of losing any of our pets has always been totally heart wrenching and extremely tough to deal with.

So treasure each and every day with your beloved companions and show them only love, care and devotion as they do to you.

Warm regards,
Karin Mathews (R.I.Pets Manager)
